This sketch is very personal to me; an individual like Steve Jobs has influenced many people and deserves full respect and admiration. He not only left us with memorable quotes but taught me that as much as life throws problems at you, change can be done by hard work, dedication and believing in what you do. I just felt it was right to sketch him first in my “Top 10 Inspirational People”. What a shame to have lost a man like him, may be rest in peace

Makeup at Arab Weddings

I have this Australian friend that wanted to see how Arabs get married so I invited her to a wedding that I was going to, 7aram poor girl you should have seen the look on her face when she saw the brides makeup LOOOOOOOOL, Basically this picture explains it all……Western people aren’t used to seeing makeup like this in weddings, when the bride was walking in my Australian friend looked so horrified and she turned to me and asked “what type of makeup do you guys put for halloween if this is what you put in weddings” LMAO

What would you want as a present?

Hey hey hey it’s been a long time since I’ve blogged, actually too long. These couple of weeks I’ve been busy like crazy, I have exams to prepare for and my Kuwait trip that’s very soon :S

When travelling it’s nice to go buy something for family and friends and since im going to Kuwait soon I really don’t know what to buy so I need your help. I thought of getting expensive perfume or something like that for my uncles and aunties but then when it comes to the teenager’s (cousins) im having a hard time deciding what to get.

One of my friends told me to get the chocolate and sweets that’s not available in Kuwait bas madri I don’t know if I can call that a good present. Others told me to get clothes but there’s a problem as well, what if I get the wrong size or it’s not the “fashion” they like

So my question is what would you want as a present if a family member was coming from Australia?

Highschool Memories

Maybe you don’t know this but yes I am in year 12, a lot of people for some reason assume im older even though they’ve never met me in person! I wanted to get back to blogging after taking a break; I really missed it a lot. This is a video I wanted to share with you guys, it’s what my high school looks like and the special moments we had in year 10, 11 and 12.

In Australia schools start February 1^st which was just recently that we started, it’s been crazy! So much pressure and tests and preparation for exams already :S but I love every day of it, it’s exciting and all the days I share with my friends are very special and memorable to me time is going by so quick, I really don’t want this year to end.

Australian Beach

Yesterday I spent most of my day at the beach, I didn’t even want to go but I thought it would be a great photo opportunity for instagram. So I went and I gotta say I took some of the best pics I have ever taken in my life the sunset was unbelievable, so breathtaking and overall my day was fantastic, im really glad I did go with my family. To be honest I love food, actually everyone knows me as that type of friend who eats so much but never gets fat Everyone knows how much I love ice-cream but seriously I wouldn’t go dye my hair of the type of icecream flavour I love the most. Auto Tune your voice for free

Seems like there is a lot of birthdays lately so I was just searching some apps on the iTunes store and came across one which lets you sing “happy birthday” to any tune you want and it auto tunes your voice…. How cool is that plus it’s free. The app is called “Auto-Tune Bday” if you are interested in downloading it

Eyebrow trends

Sorry guys this post isn’t for you. You know what I find really weird, the eyebrows you see below!(maskeen obama) They literally shave them all of and then use henna tattoo to draw them back and shape them up. Yes it is there decision and that’s alright I guess but I don’t understand why they would raise them up really high nearly reaching their hairline *sigh* I actually get freaked out because their eyebrows make them look furious.I confess a few people from my family have done it and that’s why im writing about it, here in Australia most of them go for the natural look but have them a bit thin. The trend has started 2 years ago with the Arab’s living here, ya3ni getting them all shaved off and stuff. Personally I go for the natural look or you can tattoo them and make it look a bit natural bas no extreme and shave it ALL off.  Im just hoping that the next eyebrow style would be more decent….
